Sharon Muse Johnson collaborated with Former Court of Appeals Judge and current Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, Rob Johnson and National Prosecutor and Law Enforcement Trainer Richard J. "Ric" Hertel to deliver training sessions for law enforcement agencies in Bourbon, Scott, and Woodford Counties. Central Church of God generously provided the venue, while Muse Johnson covered the expenses, ensuring that the training was offered to our community agencies free of charge.
In her first year in office, Sharon Muse Johnson organized and funded a retreat for victims to be pampered, have some fun, and spend time enjoying food, art workshops, trauma-informed yoga, self-defense classes, and play with therapy dogs. The day was filled with joy and camaraderie, where victims could find support not only from Muse Johnson but also from each other. The next retreat is scheduled for April 2024.
